A New Years Resolution...

It's that time of year when our thoughts turn to self-improvement - could we be thinner, better off, get a new job, a new relationship? Imagine that you were already 'good enough'! That you didn't need any 'work' just a bit of self love and kindness? That is the starting point of the yoga I teach. The poses are tools to help you connect with your body and breath. The shape you make will be uniquely yours and there is no pressure to reach an idealised version of any posture. My aim is to support my body to be pain free, to move through the world with grace, to accept change as I age and to keep learning! If any of that sounds interesting to you, please join one of my classes starting on Sunday 9 Jan/Monday 10 Jan
