Yoga For All Bodies

As a student of Catherine Annis and Tanya Love on the Intelligent Yoga Course, I have had the opportunity to completely change my approach to yoga. Influenced by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli and actvists such as Jivana Heyman I am interested in how the principles of yoga can help us change our relationship with our bodies and our world.
Group classes are one hour long and suitable for people of all ages and abilities. Classes will be organised around an anatomical or experiential theme. The invitations I offer encourage you to go deep into the body. This is not a 'flow' type of yoga, but rather a series of explorations.
I am able to offer one to one classes in your own home or in a local venue
