I came to yoga via the local gym as just another fitness activity. Over time, I have come to realise the power of yoga to transform my relationship to my body. I have moved from believing in 'no pain, no gain' to measuring the success of my practice by the number of pain free days I have. This is this element of the practice I want to share with you.
